Kylie Padilla finally broke her silence in an exclusive interview at Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho on Sunday, following the release of a statement on their separation by her ex-husband Aljur Abrenica on Facebook.
“While we were formally married, I never had any extramarital relationships with other men,” Kylie boldly stated.
Since her father Robin Padilla revealed that she and her husband Aljur Abrenica had split after two years of marriage, the Kapuso actress has been entangled in controversy after controversy.
Kylie admitted that she was hurt with Aljur’s statement on Facebook which urges her to speak, claiming she knows her truth.
Recently, Aljur broke his silence on Facebook and urged Kylie to tell the people the truth saying that she should stop fabricating her comments for self-gain
“Paano ako aamin sa bagay na hindi ko naman ginawa,” Kylie stated.
“How am I supposed to admit something I didn’t do,” Kylie stated.

Furthermore, the encantadia queen strongly denied any association with the alleged third party JM De Guzman, adding that even JM was taken aback by the fact that his name had been linked with the controversy.
“Nag-usap na kami ni JM diyan eh….natatawa na lang kami,” Kylie laughingly stated.
“JM and I already talked about that… we just laughed it off,” Kylie laughingly stated.
According to the Kapuso actress, she was disappointed in her ex-husband who posted an allegation against her despite the fact that they had agreed to do a joint interview and maintain their friendship.
Kylie also recommends taking care of things in court rather than playing the blaming game online.
“Let’s do it in court na lang,” the actress dares.

The actress confirmed that she was the one who ended their relationship, but she insisted that it was due to the fact that they were already unhappy with one another and not because she was involved with a third party.
In addition, Kylie shares that she has been feeling lonely in their marriage for a long time and that she has a strong desire to grow with someone, something that Aljur has failed to provide.
Further, she reveals how difficult it was for her to end the marriage, as well as her experiences with being drunk in private while maintaining her composure in front of her children after the separation.
When asked about her reaction to AJ Raval’s action of sharing Aljur’s post, Kylie expresses an interest in speaking with Aj Raval, the new love of her ex-husband, in order to provide her with advice on how to deal with bashing and harassment.
Kylie further stated that while they may be separated, they are still legally married, and that Aljur and Aj should take precautions in their actions rather than blaming her.
Despite the allegations of her ex-husband, Kylie has chosen not to disclose the cause for their separation, but has indicated that cheating was the “final straw” in their break-up.
In fact, Kylie firmly expressed that she wanted to maintain at the very least their friendship for the benefit of their children, in order for them to be able to co-parent in a rational manner.
Kylie and Aljur who have been a couple for 10 years were really known for having an on and off against the world relationship prior to their marriage.
The former couple had been together since 2011, but had separated after four years and eventually got back together.
Back in 2017, Kylie was at the peak of her career as she starred in Encantadia as Amihan, one of the major roles in the series, when Aljur got her pregnant.
Kylie and Aljur were married and had their second child a year later, in December 2018, which made it impossible for Encantadia Book 2 to be released.
Despite the fact that she chose Aljur at the time, she insisted that she had no regrets about her decision because it had been the most wonderful time of their lives together.
Furthermore, the Kapuso queen shows grace when she confidently states that she and her children are doing absolutely fine despite her nonlinear progress toward a new beginning.
