Francisco Moreno Domagoso
Francisco Moreno Domagoso was born on October 24, 1974, and is still kicking in his 40’s. He grew up in the slums of Tondo, Manila, along Mabuhay Street. His early life was not easy, significantly when growing up selling newspapers and bottles to keep going.
Eats what we called ‘pagpag’ or the leftovers that can be found in the trash to ease their hunger. He grew up in a place where danger may influence him badly, especially if you’ll lose yourself in it. His parents, Joaquin and Rosario Isko Moreno, realize that they are poor and need to strive more.
He is also known as Isko Moreno (screen name), Isko, or Yorme for being a streetwise mayor. He is married to a businesswoman, Diana Lynn Ditan, since 2000 with five kids, namely:

Ever since Isko Moreno became the Mayor of Manila, many things changed, and the city of manila improved a lot, gained more tourists, and became a beautiful city again.
Monthly Allowance
Isko Moreno implemented the ordinance to every student of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Universidad de Manila to have a monthly allowance of ?1,000 each student. As well as all the Grade 12 students in all public schools in Manila to get a ?500 monthly allocation to be received via “cash cards.”
To be entitled to these benefits, everyone must be:
- A resident and registered voter of the city
- Do not incur a failing mark or commit misconduct in school.
- If the student is not yet of legal age to vote, their parent or guardian must be a registered voter to claim the monetary benefit.
Also, Senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and solo parents who reside in the capital are entitled to a ?500 monthly allowance. In addition, the elderly also would receive ?800 and a cake as a birthday gift from the city government, on top of their ?500 monthly allowance.
