DZRH news reported this morning that San Miguel Corporation Chairman and CEO, Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco, Jr passed away on Tuesday battling to cancer.
Aside from being the Chairman and CEO of SMC, he also owned three basketball teams: San Miguel Beermen, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, and Magnolia Hotshots. He is also the CEO of Ginebra San Miguel, Inc and Chairman of the Board in Petron Corporation.
The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) paid tribute the business tycoon and sports patron on Twitter.

He also owned many other businesses, here are some but not limited to cement manufacturing, wineries in Australia and stud farms.
