Zombies are creepy creatures that come back from the dead. They are usually portrayed as slow moving, hungry, and dangerous. The idea of zombies has become a cultural phenomenon, spawning books, comics, video games, and even a TV show.

She walks in the tunnel with her daughter singing and crying at the end. Her boyfriend is an ex-convict who lives in the same neighborhood. He wants to be a good father but he doesn’t know how to do it. He tries to help by taking care of the baby. But he ends up hurting both the child and the mother.

2. 28 Days Later

Directed by Danny Boyle, this sequel to the hit horror film Day Watch follows a group of survivors trying to escape from a city overrun by flesh eating zombies.

3. Zombieland

A group of four people travel across America to find a safe haven from the undead. This film was written and directed by Ruben Fleischer.

4. Dawn of the Dead

This remake of George A Romero’s classic 1978 film tells the story of a small town overrun by zombies.

5. World War Z

Based on Max Brooks’ novel of the same name, this 2013 sci-fi action film follows an American soldier fighting against a worldwide zombie outbreak.

6. Night of the Living Dead

This 1968 horror film is considered one of the most influential zombie movies ever made. It was directed by George Romero and starred Duane Jones, Judith O’Dea, and Ken Foree.

7. Resident Evil

In this 2002 Japanese horror film, Alice wakes up in a hospital after being bitten by a zombie. She escapes from the hospital and tries to find her daughter.

8. Army of Darkness

The second installment in the Evil Dead trilogy, Army of Darkness was released in 1992. Ash (Bruce Campbell) must fight his way through hordes of evil demons.

12. I Am Legend

This 2004 remake of the original 1978 film was directed by Zack Snyder and stars Sarah Polley, Jake Weber, and Ving Rhames.
