6 Overseas Job Search Websites (Safe and POEA-licensed!)

Interested in working abroad but not sure where to start? Thanks to the internet, overseas job searches have never been easier and safer. Here’s a list of sites where you can safely search and apply for OFW jobs. The job listings are licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and are free-of-charge.

POEA Website – http://www.poea.gov.ph/

You can start by looking at POEA’s site as they have job listings available on their site though job posts are limited to a few countries only. Some posts are outdated or can’t be viewed but still worth checking as you’re assured that these job posts are legitimate and licensed by the government.

POEA has a Government Placement Branch that recruits OFWs for foreign governments and also some non-government employers. Most of these job postings are urgent so the application process tends to be faster and there are no placement fees to be charged.

You may register online at the POEA’s e-registration facility where you’ll need to submit your application documents personally at the Manpower Registry Division (Window S or T) in the POEA main office along EDSA Ortigas.
